Chicken ambulthiyal with coconut sambal, watercress, whipped truffle Zany Zeus cream cheese and vanilla Ceylon tea and rhubarb vinaigrette in a Sri Lankan roast paan bun, with crispy lentil bites. Vegetarian alternative: Jackfruit. Vegan option: Jackfruit and curry leaf pesto.
